  • What is the maximum number of guests that a One Bedroom Plus Apartment can sleep?

    Our One Bedroom Plus Apartments sleeps up to four guests using the extra single bed in the lounge and sofa bed for additional charge.

  • What is the maximum number of guests that a Two Bedroom Apartment can sleep?

    Our Two Bedroom Family Apartments can sleep up to six guests using the sofa bed at an additional charge.

  • Do we have a gym or pool onsite?

    No, unfortunately we don’t have a pool or gym onsite.

  • Do we have spa apartments?

    No, we don’t offer spa apartments at our South Perth Apartments, however, spa apartments are available at our sister property in Ascot, Assured Ascot Quays Apartment Hotel.

  • How often are our apartments serviced?

    Staying one to six nights – Apartments are serviced once during your stay. Additional towels and amenities can be requested via reception. Staying seven nights or more – Includes one full service and one mini service weekly. Additional servicing is available on request for a cost of $50 per service. On weekends and Public Holidays there are no servicing of apartments.

  • What facilities are in the apartments?

    All apartments are fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer and complimentary in-house movies. Free Wi-Fi access is also available in our apartments.

  • Do I need a Credit Card to book?

    A valid Credit Card is required at the time of booking and also for check in. Non-Credit Card bookings are subject to management approval and require a cash bond and sufficient identification. Request should be made well before check in to avoid any inconvenience.

  • What do I need to check in?

    Upon arrival, any guest that is not using a company issued Credit Card or does not have access to Approved Credit charge back facilities will be asked for a credit card pre authorisation or bond for a minimum $50 value. All nights’ accommodation will need to be paid for up front and valid identification must be presented. Management reserves the right to refuse any guest from checking in if valid identification cannot be produced or if there are insufficient funds to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay.

  • What transport is available in to the city?

    There is a bus stop located just around the corner that takes you directly into the city otherwise you can catch the ferry from the Mends Street Jetty which is a five minute walk from the apartments.

  • Is there parking available onsite and how much does it cost?

    There is free parking available onsite.
