How to a redeem my Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers are only redeemable through calling the hotel directly (08) 9479 0000, quoting your voucher number.
The physical gift voucher must be presented when checking in.

Vouchers are subject to availability and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. Vouchers are not redeemable over special event periods.

What do I need to check in?

Upon arrival, any guest that is not using a company issued Credit Card or does not have access to Approved Credit charge back facilities will be asked for a credit card pre authorisation or bond for a minimum $300 value. All nights’ accommodation will need to be paid for up front and valid identification must be presented. Management reserves the right to refuse any guest from checking in if valid identification cannot be produced or if there are insufficient funds to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay.

Do I need a Credit Card to book?

A valid Credit Card is required at the time of making a booking and also at the time of check-in. Non Credit Card bookings are subject to management approval and require a cash bond and sufficient identification when checking in. The request should be made prior to check in to avoid any inconvenience.

Can you hold meetings in the apartments?

You are welcome to have informal meetings within the apartment on the basis that the number of people does not exceed the maximum room number, however formal meetings are not permitted.
